A program dedicated to supporting caregivers of all ages and circumstances.
The Sunshine Coast Caregivers Support Program provides compassionate listening and offer resources and information that caregivers can access in a variety of ways. Connect with a trained coordinator to get started. Program coordinator can help support caregivers in a variety of ways and provides flexible support options including:
- One-to-one support (including emotional support)
- Support Groups
- Healthcare system navigation
- Connection to community services
- Knowledge and skill enhancement
